Setting a building on fire for artistic purposes [Video]
posted January 10 2011 6:51.04 by Giorgos Lazaridis

I am not sure how artistic could this be, but i am sure that this is eye catching. An artist named Isabelle Hayeur had this crazy idea to upgrade the Downtown Eastside, the oldest neighbourhood in Vancouver. Frankly speaking, a first glance in the home page of her website, does not reveal something artistic (check out yourselves). But the idea of a fire building is surely eye catching. 3 blu-ray players and same number of video projectors are installed and loops a growing fire that lasts for 15 minutes in a 4-stores building.
