I just saw this on neatorama, and i want one for my toilet! It has a heat sensitive wall that changes its color according to the temperature, getting red to the hotter regions. The bad news is that no one has ever found so far more info about the maker/model whatsoever, so this could be the job of a very skilled photoshop user...
